In practice: for the smart-home demo, open the secure chat once (the account creates itself) and message the smart-home bot — it switches lights, heating and sensors in the demo house. There is deliberately no direct access without the chat: the bot is the demo.
What you see here is not a gimmick: it shows how we build systems — self-hosted, token-secured and in real time. The same principles are in every infrastructure we run for clients.
