Your IP address is not stored; together with further details it is used to compute an identifier that changes daily and links the page views of a single visit within the same day. This does not allow us to identify you personally; a day-by-day sequence of your page views is technically discernible. The entries are currently kept indefinitely.

An AI-powered support chat is available on this website. Your chat input is processed entirely locally on our own infrastructure in Switzerland — no input is transmitted to external AI providers or cloud services. Chat histories may be stored for quality assurance and to improve the service. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat; for confidential matters, contact us by e-mail.
