2. Hosting in Switzerland

This website is operated entirely on our own infrastructure in Switzerland. No foreign cloud or hosting providers are used. When you use this website, your data does not leave Switzerland.

3. Server logs

When you visit this website, access data is stored in server log files for technical reasons (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data serves exclusively to ensure trouble-free operation and to improve security. It is not merged with other data sources and is deleted automatically after a short time.

4. Cookies

This website only sets cookies that are needed for operation. There are no third-party tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. In detail:

• Colour scheme and Language: your display preferences, 1 year.
• View (Saba-IT or IFYVA): remembers which site you last chose, 1 year.
• Guest token: only if you create a guest token. The cookie makes sure the same browser gets the same token. It is valid for as long as the guest access.
• Chat access: remembers for 24 hours that you created a chat access via the contact page.

For the demos on ifyva.ch our guest service sets two further cookies that recognise your guest access there. Some demos store settings only in your browser (local storage), for example your progress in the course or an invitation to the AI World. This data never leaves your browser.

5. Guest token and demo accounts

For the live demos you can create a guest token with one click. We do not ask for any personal data. With the token our system automatically creates a demo account (username and password) that lets you use the AI assistant, the secure chat and the AI World.

The following is stored: the token, the demo account, your input in the demo chat and the AI assistant, the generated AI images and technical logs (IP address, time). Everything is kept on our own infrastructure in Switzerland. For the AI World your camera image is transmitted to our machine for transformation; please do not film other people without their consent.

After 4 days we automatically and completely delete: demo account, token, chats and images. Nothing remains. If you would like us to delete earlier, write to info@saba-it.ch.

6. Visitor statistics

We measure the use of this website with a self-operated instance of the open-source software Plausible Analytics — on our own infrastructure in Switzerland, without cookies and without any third party involved. For each page view one entry is recorded, containing the time, the page accessed, the referring page, approximate origin (country), device type, operating system and browser. Your IP address is not stored; together with further details it is used to compute an identifier that changes daily and links the page views of a single visit within the same day. This does not allow us to identify you personally; a day-by-day sequence of your page views is technically discernible. The entries are currently kept indefinitely.

7. AI-powered support chat

An AI-powered support chat is available on this website. Your chat input is processed entirely locally on our own infrastructure in Switzerland — no input is transmitted to external AI providers or cloud services. Chat histories may be stored for quality assurance and to improve the service. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat; for confidential matters, contact us by e-mail.

8. Contacting us

If you contact us by e-mail, Matrix or via the contact form on this website, the details you provide (such as name, e-mail address and your request) are stored on our own infrastructure in Switzerland to process the request and for possible follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.

Your personal data is not disclosed to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so.
