Workplace & On-site Support
Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, printers and peripherals — we support your employees on site or via remote maintenance. Fast, understandable, without tech jargon.
Not every IT problem is an infrastructure project. Often it is the printer that will not print, the e-mail account on the new phone, or the workstation for the new employee. That is exactly what we are here for — via remote maintenance when it has to be quick, and on site in the Schaffhausen region and north-eastern Switzerland when hands-on work is needed.
We look after Windows workstations and Microsoft 365, set up printers, scanners and peripherals, and handle hardware procurement, diagnostics and warranty processing. The thankless cases too — the adapter that only works sometimes, the hard disk close to failure — are part of our everyday work.
We speak the language of your employees, not the language of a manual. The goal is that your team works better after our visit — and ideally has learned something along the way.
Typical assignments
The workstation for the new employee, fully set up on their first day. The mail migration to Microsoft 365 without losing a single mailbox. The printer that refuses to work after the move. The notebook that keeps getting slower — and the honest answer whether a repair is still worth it. Small things that working days are made of.
Remote or on site — whichever makes more sense
Much can be solved remotely within minutes, with your approval and fully traceable. When hands-on work is needed — hardware, cabling, a stubborn device — we come to you. You do not have to decide that yourself: describe the problem, we pick the faster route and tell you in advance.
On site in and around Schaffhausen
Our support region is deliberately compact: Schaffhausen, Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Thayngen, Beringen, Stein am Rhein, Diessenhofen and the nearby part of southern Germany. That keeps travel short and makes even a spontaneous on-site visit realistic — your employees get help from someone who comes back and knows the business, not from a changing hotline.
